Collaboration isn’t just about work. The Slifer House’s recreational spaces — the den, the game room, the library, and (of course) all the great outdoors that surrounds us — encourage our employees to meet and bond over their shared (non-real estate) passions. We want to make sure our team can reenergize themselves recreationally, whether it’s during a long hike or a short game of shuffleboard.
Recreation and team building areas include:
- Game Room – A great spot for watching sports, playing 80s arcade games or traditional board games, or simply co-working (perhaps while watching sports)
- Kitchen and Bar Gathering area — Share lunch while you put together a deal, or grab a glass of wine to toast to another closing here in the center of The Slifer House.
- Activity Lockers –Bring your yoga mat for a noon class at The Riverfront Athletic Club or store your bike helmet for that afternoon ride
- Mud Room — This convenient outdoor entry allows for easy come and go from all the activities that make living in Colorado so special
- Outdoor Patio — For a sunny lunch or a fun gathering of clients
- Shower – If you’re little muddy from riding Lee’s Way Down, jump in the shower before your afternoon showings
- Wellness Area — Too much energy? Take a quiet moment in the relaxation chair and reset your mind
