The Slifer House is designed to foster collaboration — whether warming next to the fire or in the sunshine of the patio, playing a board game or video game, or just having a meeting of minds in the library, the study, or the den. From formal training opportunities to impromptu brainstorming, we believe that great things happen at the intersection of ideas and opportunity, and we’ve designed The Slifer House to help our employees have those innovative collisions.  

Collaboration areas include: 

• Deal Den — Bring a deal together by the fire or spend some down time looking through our SSF Family Photo Albums 

• The Study — 22 seats await those ready to learn in a workshop, collaborate in Ninja, or help envision a new development 

• Media Room — Video conference with your clients in London, or meet in person to sign a contract 

• The Library — Be inspired by leadership books that helped inspire the members of our team.  

• Patio — Grab some fresh air and Colorado sunshine while finishing a contract or meeting with a client 

• Breakout areas — Pull up a pouf or plop in a chair throughout the space. Try out the booths or high-top tables in the game room for a meeting or a game of LIFE
