SSF brokers are out in the community working every day, but when they need a space for collaborating with colleagues or closing a deal with a client, our new state-of-the-art office space has everything they could need to be at their best. Any of our 300-plus employees can drop in or set up shop at The Slifer House, which is equipped with flexible workspaces, creative play-spaces, cutting-edge technology, and the expertise of fellow employees. This isn’t just company headquarters for the executive suite; it’s a place that gives every member of our team the tools to succeed and be the best in the business.  

Office Spaces include: 

  • The Great Room — Open seating desks for brokers 

  • The Bunk Room — Slifer’s corporate offices for marketing, eBusiness, operations, and closing departments 

  • The Family Room — Home of Slifer’s executive team 

  • Idea Bar — Pull up a chair at the front desk and brainstorm an idea or listing with one of our awesome OMCs 

  • Phone Booths — Take a call at one of the multiple phone booths, soundproofed for private conversations 

  • Work Lockers — A space to leave your items for the day or night, like your favorite red Swingline stapler 

  • Activity Day Lockers — You will also have a separate locker to store your bike shoes, yoga mat, or ski helmet for a daytime workouts (AKA “lunch meetings”) 

  • Mud Room — Enter through the mud room to change out of those muddy hikers, or store your skis for the day 

  • Free Underground Parking — Quick and easy access, plus reserved parking for customers right out front
